Unable to start Wireshark under Windows 10
I'm currently using a Windows 10 HP system with a touchscreen. I was able to install Wireshark Wireshark-win64-2.6.4 and WinPCap 4.1.3 without any glitch.
The currently version of my Windows 10 is 1803.
Alas, I'm unable to run Wireshark. When I launch the application nothing happens. When I go to the event viewer, I get this error message :
Nom de l’application défaillante Wireshark.exe, version : 2.6.4.0, horodatage : 0x5bbfbe14 Nom du module défaillant : ISD_Tablet.dll, version : 7.3.4.35, horodatage : 0x5a274039 Code d’exception : 0xc0000094 Décalage d’erreur : 0x00000000000d6200 ID du processus défaillant : 0x1d24 Heure de début de l’application défaillante : 0x01d4828d71a49dd2 Chemin d’accès de l’application défaillante : C:\Program Files\Wireshark\Wireshark.exe Chemin d’accès du module défaillant: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\ISD_Tablet.dll ID de rapport : 05a256fa-f3a9-45aa-9d52-d9e8d2929dde
The error seems to be related somehow to the tactile part of the system.
Any idea to solve this problem ?

OBS apparently uses Qt, as do Wireshark; somebody reported a bug about the Wacom driver on the Qt bug database.
The suggestion there, as with the OBS question, appears to be to remove the driver.
