with wireshark can I see the traffic between the site and other IPs addresses or only the traffic between the site and my PC? Can I see the IP addresses where the site sends/receive packets to/from?

I hear a lot of people talk about their network and their LAN and I would like to know if the packet anayse can be done outside that?

This is a capture setup question, hopefully the wiki page on CaptureSetup and its associated subpages for different network media can help.
