If you read the title of the second column, it says "Expected Date", so consider the listed date as an estimate only. The release will be made when @gerald-combs deems it ready to be released and has the time to do it. In this particular case, I believe the delay is primarily due to a number of security-related defects that the project would like to resolve first.
