Good Afternoon Everyone, i have installed new IP WiFi video intercom system, the internal Unit is connected via WIFI at the Modem/Router of my Internet Provider, the problem is this one:

When I ring the doorbell, the app opens automatically on my smartphone, but the video remains blocked with a green bar until I answer the call, at which point the video stream starts. I've tried another video doorbell system of the same model, and the problem doesn't persist.

So there are two causes: either the internal unit they installed is defective, or there's a network issue. I wanted to ask if I can use Wireshark to analyze the traffic while I'm being called to the doorbell to determine if it's an issue with the app or the network.

So why not keep that other "video doorbell system of the same model"? Or was this anther installation elsewhere? What then does "the problem doesn't persist" mean? It was there before, but now it's not? Then what was done to fix it?

Hi i test for few days and the root cause is the app for the smartphone which takes only for launch and arrive to the home around 10 seconds.
