Install of 4.4.8-x64 and Npcap 1.80 Hung

I insytalled 4.4.8-x64 and Npcap 1.80 yesterday, I believe that Wireshark installed fine. The install has been gung on

Execute: "C:\Program Files\Wireshark\npcap-1.80.exe" /winpcap_mode=no /loopback_support=no

What should I do? I tried running that command in a CMD window, and I got a pop-up: " An Npcap installer is already running." Thanks.
