The current DNP3 dissector does not support Secure Authentication. Can that mode /feature be added. We are trying to implement SA with Aggressive mode turned on.

The best way to get that done is either:

code it yourself
have someone do it for you
enter an enhancement request in Wireshark Bugzilla

And if you have sample capture files and references to relevant standards included, your chances of the enhancement being implemented increase considerably.
