New OUI Lookup Tool Design - How do you search multiple OUIs at the same time?

With the new OUI Lookup Tool's design, how do you search multiple OUIs at the same time like the previous design allowed for? I tried separating OUIs by comma, semi-colon, space, etc. and none seem to work.
