MindMax not working

I watched all the Utube videos to configure mindmax for geolocation. Wire shark points to the correct location of the mindmax dbs and perferences have Geolocation checked and checked to make sure the data bases contain content. Also wire shark is configured for IPV 4 and 6. Under stat - endpoing country and city headers are blank. I am capturing my wifi tracfic correctly. Country and city are blank. Any ideas how to fix this. I am running the current release of wire shark

Please update the question with output of wireshark -v or contents of Help->About Wireshark:Wireshark tab. This helps to verify that it is compiled to support MaxMind.

Test with an existing capture - there are plenty of addresses in The Ultimate PCAP with geo data that show up in the Endpoints.

It is not mindmax but rather Maxmind. Make sure your Wireshark is pointing to the correct folder where the .mmdb resides. ( Edit, Preferences, Name resolution, bottom Option on the right) I have two folders, one for City and one for Country. Each folder contains the COPYRIGHT.txt, License.txt and the relevant .mmdb file If Wireshark does not "see" the files you end up with blank columns
