When I tell Wireshark to create new files every 10 minutes when capturing, it creates files that it can't read.

When I activate the automatic saving command, the program creates a capture file of non-existent type, in fact I can't even open it with WireShark. Is there any configuration to set?

Can you clarify what do you mean by "I activate the automatic saving command"?

Wireshark has an option that permise you to create a capture file every 10 minutes.

Are you referring to the option in the "Capture Options" dialog that will "Create a new file automatically...", with sub-options that include "after {number} {seconds, minutes, hours}", which you're selecting and setting to "after 10 minutes"?

Please add output of wireshark -v or contents of Help->About Wireshark:Wireshark tab to the question.

Is there any configuration to set?

No, because it shouldn't be possible to configure Wireshark to create damaged files, and thus there shouldn't be a configuration option to tell it not to do so.

I.e., that's a bug. Please report it as an issue on the Wireshark issue list.
