wireshark does not capture packets from wifi nic - windows 8

Dear Gents

I have installed wireshark and wincap on my Windows 8 computer. If I am trying to capture wifi traffic no packets seen on live view. I have enabled promiscuous mode on my wifi NIC. What can be problem? Any advice would be welcomed. Kindest regards
