Can somebody PLEASE help me figure out who is hacking my android?

Hi! This is my first time using Wireshark, so it's probably a good time to tell you that I am technologically retarded.Regardless, I am desperate for some help.For some time now my entire life has been hacked.Anytime I get a phone, laptop,computer,etc. it is only a matter of days, sometimes hours, before it is hacked.And I am nobody of importance-I am middleaged, poor,unemployed and far from attractive.Thus, I just can't seem to figure out why this is happening. Your company was recommended to me so I might be able to figure out who is doing this to me . Is that possible? I honestly have nobody I can trust that might be able to assist me, especially since they might be the person/people responsible.
