I am not able to capture TCP data packets from a specific IP

I cannot capture TCP data packets in a specific IP. I am using windows 11 and wireshark 4.2.4 version. Need support to capture TCP data packets. Need configuration details, compatibility details and better platform to capture TCP data packets.

Probably your capture setup doesn't permit the capture of the required info. This is particularly likely if your environment includes switches.
