What do the colored boxes and line represent on the far right? (Can't find it in the documentation.... yet.) Is that packet colorization?

From the User's Guide:

The packet list has an Intelligent Scrollbar which shows a miniature map of nearby packets. Each raster line of the scrollbar corresponds to a single packet, so the number of packets shown in the map depends on your physical display and the height of the packet list. A tall packet list on a high-resolution (“Retina”) display will show you quite a few packets. In the image above the scrollbar shows the status of more than 500 packets along with the 15 shown in the packet list itself.

Yes, it's the colorization of a nearby packets, more than displayed in the packet list. Clicking on it can be used to navigate quickly to frames, especially those with certain features that result in colorization.

Thank you. And just to be clear. The top of the scrollbar refers to packet 1 and the last raster line refers to the last packet allowing so see the colorization of "all" packets. If there were only 2 packets the bar would be spit 50-50 with the colorization for each packet if there was a different color for each packet.

No, there is a maximum number of packets that will be displayed in the minimap. For large capture files it will have many more packets than visible in the packet list, but not all.
