How To Correct My Public IP Address Not Showing UP in the capture. What happened to them? How do I changed this. It just started happening. For years I've been able to see my Public IP Address and now I am not able to in the past few months.

How do I get the Public IP Address of what is attaching my network? All I see is my router items and my laptop addresses.

To see your public IP-address go to https://api.ipify.org/
When doing this from behind a device that does NAT (Network Address Translation) the IP-address will be different from your local address.

I don't understand what you mean by "How To Correct".
