npcap Windows ; possible to enforce filter over an installation?

Apologies if this is not the appropriate forum (I cannot find forum for NPCAP specifically)

I'm aware that you can install npcap in 'admin - only' mode but this does not meet my needs.

• Is there anyway to define and enforce a filter over the entirety of a Windows NPCAP installation, so that other applications using its API will be unlikely to be able analyse traffic outside of my choosing?
