Does (Win10) Wireshark installation invoke certutil.exe for any reason?

Snitch program alerted during install, process ID was installer (if I read it correctly).

As far as I know Wireshark itself doesn't invoke certutil, but the bundled npcap installer may do so. Look for certs issued to "Insecure.Com LLC".
