Wireshark showing multiple consecutive ARP requests to multiple consecutive IP addresses. Sometimes over 100.

It means that something likes to check the reachability of possibly all hosts in a network. This is not uncommon for home router/gateways that manage the home network, so they can show status pages on network hosts for instance.
