TCP retransmissions from internal server back to remote client

Hello, I have several users getting TCP retransmissions from the server back to their remote access Client. Several other users who access the same javascript website have no issues and they are also working from home. It doesnt seem to be an issue when they are in the office. In the office i see it is 1ms to the server and from home 35ms.

any ideas whats going on

I guess you only have the infor from the server end. You need to btain similar information from the client end to get a complete picture.

Hugo, I have both the pcaps from the server and the client ends. What sort of info should i be looking for in the pcaps Would MTU be anything to do with retransmissions
