Time display format isn't working

Hello, I have Windows 11 with Wireshark 4.0.8 64Bit. I trying to change Time Display Format to Time of Day or to any other, but notching is going on, Wireshark display to me only Tims since first packet captured.

How to fix this?

Go to preferences -> appearance -> columns and change the type of your Time column back to Time (format as specified).
