Hello! I have an Intel ax210 adapter and it does not support npcap monitor mode. I can't capture 802.11ax frames, Wireshark resolves them as 802.3 ethernet II frames. Can you advise me on 802.11ax adapters that support this feature in Windows?

If there are any adapters that will do 11ax monitor mode on Windows, its probably a very short list. The npcap website (https://secwiki.org/w/Npcap/WiFi_adap...) for wireless adapters is thin (and likely old and out of date) but Windows is a poor (at best!) monitor mode capture system with npcap so not sure it matters. Even if you find an adapter that will go monitor mode on Windows that supports 11ax, the end result is more than likely to be sub par anyway. If you really want 11ax traffic, you probably have to move to Linux or go with a paid solution. Some third party tools can use the Intel AX210 and do monitor mode on Windows.

Some USB wifi adapters are listed here: https://github.com/morrownr/USB-WiFi/...

I guess the exercise would be to try some of the WiFi 6 and 6E adapters to see ...(more)
