Arp Broadcast not showing up on Mac OS Ventura

The Mac OS version of Wireshark isn't showing arp broadcasts. I see the arp reply but not the broadcast. I verified my filter by using a Linux machine which works fine. I'm on an intel 2019 MacBook Pro with a usb c ethernet adapter (I used the same adapter to verify on the linux system)

I just wanted to add a thought about the problem. As I wanted to verify that the problem that I was having was a VLAN mismatch, Since the ARP broadcast had a VLAN tag (the reply did not), Did MacOS system somehow didn't pass the tagged frame up the chain so to speak. We know its not the adapter as it works on the other system.
