THere are a few options:

1. You write the code and add it to Wireshark
2. You pay someone to write the code and add it to Wireshark.
3. You wait until someone else writes it because they need/want it. Which may be never.

Option 3 might become slightly more likely if you contact someone who wrote related code and is just waiting for (better) documentation and relevant samples to fill in the gap.
