Why would some site be accessible over IPv6 but not over IPv4?

What could be the potential reasons why the website theopeninghour.com is not accessible in IPv4? I am trying to open my website with ipv4 but it is not accessible. So anybody who like to answer of my question that why i am getting this error, either it is taking place due to ipv4 or ipv6

Can you try pinging that site with both IPv4 and IPv6? (If I try it with ping and ping6on my Mac, I can ping theopeninghour.com with IPv4 but not with IPv6, because my Internet connection is IPv4-only.)

Works over both IPv4 and IPv6 for me.
