Wireshark 2.6.0 not capturing transmitted packets from pc on Windows 10

Good day, I have installed the last version of wireshark (2.6.0 64bit) on my notebook with windows 10 pro 64 bits. When i try capture the traffic, wireshark not capture the packets that i send with my notebook. For example, if i send a ping command, wireshark capture the answer packets but not the requests.

With old version i not have this problem.

Anyone have some idea? Thank you
