Can is run a capture from my PC to only see the traffic between to other IP address?

So you want to run Wireshark or TShark on your PC and capture only traffic from your PC to other IP addresses (and from other IP addresses to your PC?)?

Or do you want to run Wireshark or TShark on your PC and capture traffic from one other machine to another machine, neither sent to nor from your PC ("passive sniffing")?
