Update custom menu Qt widget with latest packet information

Hi, I have added a custom menu in Wireshark by editing the main GUI and adding Qt Listwidget to the menu, I can update the widget with the dissected packet information only for selected frame from the main GUI. Is it possible to keep updating the list widget with latest packet info when a live stream of packets is dissected.? Please provide solution or point sample code in Wireshark which dissect and update widget with the latest packet info.
