I know TCP adheres to MSS, as advertised in the 3 way hand shake

Does UDP adhere to MSS

Can a UDP packet exceed the MSS and if so, would this packet get fragmented

Not all questions answered here are specific to Wireshark, but as long as it has something to do with Wireshark, analyzing packets or how networks work its fine from my point of view :)
