What kind of address is this? Integer doesn't say anything.

my Wireshark Pcap is a kind of trace of RRC Signaling in LTE from LTE Probe. This probe captures signaling between User device and LTE Station This integer is the identity of that LTE station. I want to show it as a NAME instead of integer. this is an example : 440-55-288747(20) My_Cell_XXXX for IP its works good just for Integer like above im not getting the resolution even its added in the HOST file.

If you look in the Preferences dialog, on the page Name Resolution, you'll find the identifiers where Wireshark provides 'ID to name' translations. The one you seek (LTE station ID) is not one of them, therefore there's no option to configure this.
