Conversation state display
I'm looking for a way to see conversations active over time. i.e. A timeline indicating the number of TCP sessions begun and not ended at any particular point. Is there a graph config possible to get me this?
Related but wouldn't fully provide the functionality: The current Conversation TCP tab display (v4.0.2) doesn't provide an indication of whether the first and last packets seen were a SYN or FIN respectively, or middle of the session. The docs state "timeline graph is also drawn across the “Rel Start” / “Abs Start” and “Duration” columns". But the pic shown shows it on different columns. As if columns have shifted but the feature was not adjusted. If this is a bug and not my misinterpretation, I'll file a bug.
That looks like a bug. The Conversations window was rewritten for 4.0 so still a work in progress.
