I downgraded to Wireshark 3.6.9 and it works without error in Windows 11. System info: System Model Precision 14 5470 OS Name Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise System Type x64-based PC Name [00000001] Realtek USB GbE Family Controller Service Name rtu53cx22x64

Possibly an npcap issue.

Could you provide the actual error and the text from the dialog Help -> About Wireshark -> Wireshark?
