ping Whatsapp call server

We have a problem with whatsapp and we have implemented some changes to reduce latency, i was able to capture and replay whatsapp call but i want to ping the whatsapp server over UDP port to see the latency of that specific ip address which was used during whatsapp call, is there anyway to do this? ping the whatsapp call servers and see the latency? i was able to ping using TCP but since call is over UDP, i want to try same over udp and somehow measure the latency for whatsapp call.
