How do I remove the additional characters on the Packet Diagram

When showing the field values in the packet diagram, there is additional characters after each value.

You can either wait for this commit to be releases in Wireshark 4.0.1 (expected Real Soon Now (tm)), or pick up a development build in the mean time.
