Application Freezing Momentarily
I have an app that is hanging up when accessing a drop down menu where operators select new job. This is the only step in which they get this intermittent freeze that lasts 40 secs and much longer. What they are trying to create jobs in, is a client called pilot on their computers. If I launch the pilot directly on the server running the workflow server, this freeze up never happens.
How can I use Wireshark to hopefully locate the source of this problem?

Does this happen to all the operators? Start a packet capture before and during the event. This should give a hint about what is happening. Post it on a public share and someone will try to assist.
