Is there a way to create/add custom dissectors using Rust similar to Lua? If so, do you know of any links to examples? Thanks in advance.

There might be some experimental stuff out there, probably using the Wireshark C API as a FFI, but there's no plans by the dev team to add another supported language to Wireshark at the moment.
