Ethernet and wireless card does not show up in wireshark Version 3.6.5

Hello I am kind of new, how do i fix this, so ethernet and wireless card does not show up? only 2 USBs shows up.

Likely the install of npcap wasn't done or has failed. Please post the output of the Help -> About Wireshark -> Wireshark tab.
