Ethernet and wireless card does not show up in wireshark Version 3.6.5

Hello I am kind of new, how do i fix this, so ethernet and wireless card does not show up? only 2 USBs shows up.

Likely the install of npcap wasn't done or has failed. Please post the output of the Help -> About Wireshark -> Wireshark tab.

From your output:

Running on ... without Npcap or WinPcap

You'll need to install npcap. It's an option, usually selected when installing Wireshark, or you can install it separately from the ncap site (which might have a newer version).
