Intel MacOS Monterey can't use monitor mode to capture any packets on WiFi

Mine is 16'' MacBook Pro (late 2019), MacOS Monterey, Wireshark version:3.6.5

When monitor mode is turned on, wireshark can not capture any packets.

How to solve this issue?

Thank you!

See the Wiki page info on Monitor Mode capturing for macOS.

Some newer machines, running macOS Mojave or later, do not support remaining associated with a Wi-Fi network while running in monitor mode. If you try to capture in monitor mode, without disassociating from your Wi-Fi network first, the adapter won't go into monitor mode, and no traffic will be captured. You must disassociate from your network first.
