How to save plugin fields for the pcaps

I have a plugin installed, I want all the fields and layers of the plugin to be stored in each of the corresponding pcap or is there any way to use tshark to save the fields from the plugin mapped to the pcap in an external file like csv or json.

Not sure that I understand the question, but it might be that tshark -G would generate the report you are looking for.
