Why won't wireshark decode TCP as RTSP?

I have a complete RTSP|RTP dump of a video stream captured on TCP port 13000 instead of 554. Is there a way to get wireshark to correctly recognize the packets as RTSP and RTP?

"Decode As.." seems not to have an RTSP option an the "Decode As.."|"RTP Payload type" doesn't seem to do anything.

Have you added your port to the RTSP preferences? (screen shot here on the RTSP wiki page)
Edit->Preferences...->Protocols->RTSP

Issue 5081: Uninitialised pointer in packet-rtsp.c causes crash has a pcap file attached.
Does that decode properly?
