Why does RTP Streams have 0 streams under the Telephony main menu. I started a capture, made an actual call, ended the call, ended the capture.

Not enough information:

• the RTP may have taken another path than at which you've captured,
• the call may have been established using a ciphered call control protocol so the SDP may be invisible to Wireshark,
• even RTP may not have been used at all,
• there may be some settings preventing the right dissector to dissect the SDP or RTP.
• there may be a bug in the version of Wireshark you use which prevents the Telephony machinery from identifying the RTP packets although all the necessary information is available in plaintext in the capture
