Wireshark 3.6.3 doesn't have OPC Protocol
In the latest version the OpcUa Protocol is missed. In the previus version is present (3.6.2). Can you reintegrate it?

It's there for me and correctly dissects OPC UA traffic, so what's different in your environment?
Does it show up in the Analyze >> Enabled Protocols dialog?
Is the OPC UA traffic on a different port than the "standard" one of 4840 and you need to use "Decode As..." for the ports in use?
There is a sample capture attached to 9744: OPCUA Filter Doesn't Work which uses a non-standard port.
