percentage of each application layer protocol in a pcap file

i have a pcap file ( this). i want to know the percentage of each application layer protocol in this pcap. for example i want to know what percentage of this pcap is http , what percentage is dns, what percentage is ftp and so on. how i can do this?

From the menu, Statistics -> Protocol Hierarchy. There are columns for percent packets and percent bytes.
