Facing issue while opening wireshark in gns3

whenever i want to capture packets, wireshark ask do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device and when i clicked on yes, its asking again and again. Help me out on this.

Are you using Winpcap?

According to https://docs.gns3.com/docs/getting-st... Npcap should be used

Recent versions of Windows 10 have an issue with WinPcap. If Wireshark hangs while trying to use it in a GNS3 topology, consider switching to Npcap instead.

Are you using Npcap? If so, then if the dialogs refer to the "The helper program for "Admin-only Mode"" from "Insecure LLC", then that's a known issue with Wireshark for which there is currently no workaround or fix - just keep saying "Yes" until it stops. (If there are a lot of interfaces, it'll ask a lot of questions....)
