[yocto] tshark command can not be found on yocto

wireshark-3.4.11 is built and installed successfully by adding "IMAGE_INSTALL:append = "wireshark" ", and editcap/dumpcap/rawshark command can be used on console, but tshark command can not be found on console, how can I install tshark command on yocto?

Lets see:

This suggests this, which says this, which includes tshark. So that's how it's supposed to work I guess. Better ask the Yocto packagers how this is supposed to work, the Wireshark project doesn't maintain that.
