Upload a track to googledrive

The client gets an HTTP 408 from an IPTV server.
 
I'm really new to using the wireshark app, so I'm still trying to understand some of this, but I was hoping if there was something definite here, someone might share it.

First the server says: HTTP 400 Bad Request, unsupported method. Then it times out. So it seems like authentication gone wrong and the server giving up.

Could it be said that the problem lies in the Application layer?
that another solution can be had to gain access to the web server.

The network view can tell you the _what_, but not the _why_. That's up to the network nodes involved.
