Outlook performance issues - long delta times

Hi All

We have multiple reports of our email being slow. I have started getting some captures at the client end and noticed that time between frames is rather long. Now I'm not sure if this is considered as normal behaviour when it comes to outlook or I should start looking into it.

If you arre using Google as DNS server may I advise to turn to another DNS provider? I have seen way too many issues with Google giving out the wrong servers so EU users are send to US servers instead of EU servers.
