That's two different questions.

There is a WCNA Certification Exam that is not "through" Wireshark but covers a lot of Wireshark use and tasks.

IANAR (I Am Not a Recruiter) but found the process of getting the WCNA to be worthwhile because it pushes you into all the nooks and crannies of Wireshark. Stuff you probably don't normally use.
Still waiting for someone to shake fistfuls of cash at me for having earned it. :-)

I would like to get into all the nooks and crannies as well, I like to use certification as a means to do an external check on learning, credentials or not, it serves as a good spot check on retained knowledge. I hope the fistfuls are in your near future !

WCNA gives the foundation for using Wireshark. Wireshark is constantly evolving with new enhancements and protocols. Basically, it never gets boring.
