I downloaded and installed the .dmg and installed it as well as the "add-ons" path and launcher. I cannot find the app in the Launcher or on the command line. I am certain I have to be missing something. I need to sniff the USB bus. The MacOS dir contains:

> ls -1|grep -v dSYM
    Wireshark
    capinfos
    captype
    dftest
    dumpcap
    editcap
    extcap
    idl2wrs
    mergecap
    mmdbresolve
    randpkt
    rawshark
    reordercap
    sharkd
    text2pcap
    tshark

I probably just need a pointer to some newbie page... :(

No, you probably just need to run Windows on your machine - USBPcap is a Windows-specific tool.

On macOS, the OS provides support for capturing USB traffic, but, in Big Sur and later, you have to disable System Integrity Protection.
