Does Wireshark meet any accessibility standards such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1?

Nothing specific I know of, but as Wireshark isn't a Web Application these specific guidelines don't seem to apply. Maybe there are other accessibility guidelines that would be more appropriate.
