Is wireshark in compliance with the federal accessibility requirements in section 508?

I would like to use Wireshark with students, it is a great option to help students learn networking! However, I do have some students with disabilities. Does Wireshark meet the accessibility requirements as outlined in section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act?
